We source all our products from well known and reputed sellers having good quality track record. Our products are packed to ensure their freshness and quality and to avoid any breakage and leakages.
In case you receive the product where the package is in bad condition or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you are requested to not accept such package and return it to the delivery person.
In such case, should you choose to accept the package, we request you to intimate us within 12 hours. Please call our customer care at +91 99924 99924 and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID, Pictures of the damaged / tampered package and individual pictures of the boxes. We will forward your compliant to the product Seller and the courier service provider. If the claim is genuine as determined by us, product Seller and the courier service provider, we will ensure that a suitable compensation is given to you at no additional cost. However, digital evidence of damage / tampering is must for such claim to succeed.
Our products being food items, once the product has been accepted or opened we shall not be in position to accept any claim for return or refund. In case of complaints regarding the taste / quality / ingredients of the branded food product, please refer the issue to the concerned product Seller / Brand owner. Do let us know and we’ll try to help resolve the complaint.
